It was great because it was just a small group of us and Naseem the instructor. She was wonderful. There, patient and helpful and provided great instruction and guidance. I would love to have another class or classes with her specifically in watercolor.

Working as a professional artist and English teacher in Asia and Europe, Josh has had the unique opportunity to work closely with Taiwanese, Thai, Italian, and American artists and paint on location from Ireland to Italy, from the streets of New Jersey to the mountains of New Mexico and beyond. He is a storyteller and nomadic artist at heart. Nature and intuition are among his greatest teachers. He finds inspiration and beauty in moments often missed by modern life. He enjoys being personal with his audience and creates art videos of his life and artistic process.

In early 2024, he received a diploma for oil portraiture in Florence, Italy at the Angel Academy of Art. "Learning classical and impressionistic techniques has been good for me. Art has given me a life worth living. Josh's art is in collections around the globe, including Taiwan and the United States.

As a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and architecture major, I champion the arts and possess a range of talents. My proficiency in the humanities, spirituality, environmental and social activism allows me to view life in America through a unique perspective as the daughter of Mexican migrants and descendant of Aztec roots. Through my art, I aim to heal from past traumas and express myself creatively. My journey with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia began at the age of 11, and after my first round of chemo, I nearly lost my life. Despite becoming immobile, art, yoga, meditation, introspection, writing, and public speaking helped me regain my power. Now, I create a safe space for others to do the same while breaking the barriers of societal labels and norms. Art is a reflection of the times in which the artist resides, a form of communication that transcends time and space. My goal is to evoke emotion and raise awareness in the viewer's soul, to cultivate empathy and understanding for others' realities.

Title: The Four Mares of Thrace. Medium: oil on canvas. Dimensions: 48 x 60 inches. The Four Mares of Thrace was inspired by my involvement with wild horse rescue non-profit organizations. Besides art, horses are my passion. The story from The Four Mares of Thrace comes out of a Greek myth. The mares were owned by Hercules, as the story goes. They were fierce and not to be trifled with. In this painting the mares are conjuring up a storm to thwart a BLM helicopter flying in to round up a h

Title or Location: Under the Sea
Interesting enough, this picture of a Sea Turtle was given to me about 5 years ago, from my good friend, while I was living in Colorado. She had taken the photo of a sea turtle while she had been on vacation in Belize. It was just a sea turtle, and I just filled in the rest. Funny, I had tried many, many times to do this picture before, and I could never get it right. I also have many other paintings, as well as Charcoal paintings too

Title or Location: New Mexico Eclipse
This piece was created on an antique ledger logbook page. Using Prisma colored pencils and Micron pen. The piece measures 12 1/4 ? 16 1/2 inches. I found inspiration for this piece through the wildlife of New Mexico. The roadrunner being the state bird and a neighbor to many that live in New Mexico. For those that do not have the pleasure to live here may not see the bird comfortable in its own environment. I very much admire the roadrunner for being a survivor of the desert able to a

Title or Location: Quiet Grace
I met her on a busy February afternoon at Busch Gardens in Tampa ? a day full of noise, rides, crowds, and motion. In the middle of it all, she felt like a quiet island of grace.Back home, I kept returning to that photo. There was something in the way she held herself ? strength wrapped in calm, maybe even acceptance.I wanted to hold on to that moment.
